Someone has finally explained the reason baby diapers have brand names such as "Luvs" and "Huggies," while undergarments for old people are called "Depends."

You see, when babies crap their pants, people are still gonna Luv 'em and Hug 'em. However, when old people crap their pants, it "Depends" on who's in the will.

Glad to get that straightened out.   :)

Alph, that's sad but true in so many cases. For my dad in his last few years I found I could do things for/with him I never thought possible. Never gave it a second thought.

I work in the adult incontinence industry.  we make diapers for several well known companies, depends isn't one of 'em, they own their own machines.  we have 5 machines, two more are on the way, so by this time next year we'll have 7 machines, all capable of making over 200 diapers per minute.  there's a lot that goes into making a diaper, it's actually quite amazing at the complexity of these machines.  we actually make a diaper that can fit a 600# person.  now that's a lot of crap!!

by the way, I found you're joke funny.  it's sad when an adult looses control of their bodily functions, as "icky" as adult diapers might seem, they do offer a great amount of independence to those that might need them.  I guess one can say it's a "LOAD" off my mind  :2funny:

The really sad thing is that the adult incontinence industry is growing faster than the baby diaper industry.
And that's no Load-O-$hit!!!
