its a balmy 15 and snowing, we were out in the hot tub before dinner, VERY NICE   :cooldude:

Karen, CrazyMiles and the new england crew will get it much worse than us
I dont know what the Anvil will get up in NH, but I am sure he will tell us
in his inimitable fashion eventually

There will be blizzard conditions on Long Island we will just get 7-12 inches of snow and big winds thru noon tomorrow

I've got half a cord of firewood I split sitting in the yard if the power goes out and several bottles of scotch
and the bourbon I bought in Kentucky on Joe and Highbinder's ride

So All is well  Thanks for asking Sandy

Thanks for the thoughts and concerns.  Looks like we did pretty well.  Only got about 6 inches or so, judging by what's on the cars this morning.  We had a very nice night, all being together (daughter's home from school until mid next week).  Heated up lots of leftovers from the previous few days and watched a couple of movies.  Didn't lose power, not even a flicker.  Other than the bitter cold, it really wasn't too bad.

Thanks again!

Patrick

Only a foot here just south of Lake Ontario. Temp a whooping high at 3ºF. Only 3 tow calls yesterday and today along with 5 no-starts. Only one was a car, 1 tractor to thaw the diesel wax, and the 3 others were to start snowblowers. Fun, fun fun.

Made oodles of money when I drove wrecker but as I've aged-NOT missing it THAT much.  :2funny: I'll leave it to the younger folks. Got a local guy here in his 80s that STILL does most of his own wrecker work. RIDE SAFE.
