Reflectors on radiator side covers

Can anyone tell me if the reflectors on the radiator side covers are glued in place or simply snap on.
I need to remove one of them as the mounting bolt for the cover has come loose.

Thy are put on with double coated foam tape. Pry off slowly and can be remounted. Most auto part stores have mounting tape. Thy need to come off to tighten the end caps !

I remove mine heating it a bit with a hair dryer then using fishing line behind it with a sawing motion to get it started, then it pulls right off. No damage/scratches to the chrome.
Reinstall with the red backed 3m double sided tape. (it's stronger and thinner)

I use double sided tape.  I found compatible reflectors at Advance Auto.  Cheaper and I liked the look of them better too.

You can get those reflectors from J.C. Whitney for cheap.

Ding Ding Ding easiest way to not damage them when removing.

On a warm day I just hooked my thumbnail under the edge and gently pulled them off to gain access to the mounting screw and then left them off.  The residual adhesive came off with 91% rubbing alcohol and what was left of my thumbnail.  It only hurts if you're getting paid to do it for someone else and not yourself.

  I was just doing my pre-flight for tomorrows ride and found my left radiator side cover was very loose, just flapping around. It's funny I had just wrote about this recently. I already had my double sided tape and allen wrench out on the work bench from a previous task so I didn't have to look for them. I timed it, 3 minutes start to finish. This is the third time mine has loosened up. The allen bolt was all the way out when I removed the reflector, just hanging there. I wonder why the same side 3 times? I put a little thread seal on it this time, maybe stay put a little longer.
  I'm thinking the chrome radiator top cover may be the culprit. If the handlebars are in the full left position, the forks hit it ever so slightly. Probably working the bolt loose.
