Don't guess under that law you could have a set of hwy pegs and move from rider pegs up to those because you have to remove your foot to do so. How ignorant is that law?

queensland is having a go at the bikie gangs and although they say it is only the patch clubs they are after they have made them remove their colours so  the police dont know who is a gang member or not.
I would say if you ride a Harley you would be a target. At athe moment the are having a go at the vietnam vets mc and they are not on the list of criminal gangs.Instead of just booking them from the list of criminal offences they make up new laws then you get the over zealous cops.
