I am sure all of you will be joining me in festive celebration of her 50th birthday tomorrow!  :D

Romeo

All this trouble for a damn flag. Or wtf ever she said.

Jess from VA

Don, you expect happy tidings from us?  Really?

I will be nice and only ask how many additional millions/or is it only thousands of dollars of taxpayer money get spent on the party.

That's all I got.

Rams

This is something I'm supposed to care about?   Just how much more of our tax dollars is this gonna cost?    As far as I'm concerned, she can or should I say, they can celebrate all they want as long as they foot the bill.   But, I seriously doubt that's gonna happen.   Heard or read that she stayed in Hawaii after her hubby left as part of his gift to her.

I hate to think what that cost us.   The last vacation she had in Italy (I think) cost us millions of dollars as I remember.   :'(

Ignoring all politics, she looks to take better care of herself than most under-thirties. If you're reading this, happy birthday Michelle!

I MIGHT respect her if she EVER learns to respect the Flag of the United States of America. In all honesty-I DO NOT see either happening anytime soon.  :-[ RIDE SAFE.

I already did - I helped fund her extended vacation in Hawaii.  I didn't want to spend that much, but what the hell.

I'll wish her Happy Birthday if she promises not to "go Hillary", running for the Senate or President after President Obama leaves office.

You really didn't think that 8 years of the Obamas was all we'd potentially have to deal with.

My birthday was last month, she didn't call, she didn't write, no card, and I know she has my number, heck she and hubby has everybody's number.   ;D

I thought about it, but it'd just be a waste of time.  They don't care what us commoners think anyway.

I'll have to look for a picture of her in her birthday suit and I can post it with my Hildebeast picture.

Oh, darn.  I forgot to celebrate.  I had things more important to do.  Rode valk,  took down Christmas lights on house (I had left them up for 2 years and wifey got tired of them), cleaned handguns (thanks again for input Jess) and played golf for the 3rd time in the last year.

  maybe I can celebrate next year.   :uglystupid2: :uglystupid2: :crazy2: :crazy2: :2funny:

I've never met  the First Lady and probably never will. Notwithstanding, I sincerely wish her a happy birthday.  :coolsmiley:

As a matter of common courtesy and decor, I wish all of you as well a very happy birthday when it arrives,
even though I may never get to meet you either. :(  These good wishes extend to those of you who might view my political and/or religious outlook as misguided. :-X

Donald I guess you are a bit surprised that your pot stirring didnt get the response you were expecting.  :uglystupid2:

Well the pres has a pen and a phone and he's going to use it I wonder did he use it for his wife's birthday also? Considering he has gone from president to dictator and has so little regard for the democratic process or respect of this country or Congress, maybe he should consider making a national holiday for his wife's birthday. What do you think about that? You who supports the pres and wants the democratic process to be upheld, must be disgusted at a blatant act of disregard for the US and its Constitution?

I'd wager that the first lady will get more happy birthday wishes from conservatives than Sarah Palin will get from liberals on her birthday.

LOL !

Chrisj CMA

ok, I do get it, but I dont see any reason to celebrate a birthday for an adult person (most of the time).

We make a big deal of the 1st one and then up to around 16.  After that, aside from family.... (IMHO) you have to do something phenomenal to warrant being one of the few that the rest of us should celebrate your birthday.

And Yes, VRCC members count as family.

she's not the one that was elected. not withstanding her feelings about the flag and other gaffs she's had, she isn't the one to worry about.
