No, but they can sound twangy.

That's a Fender Mustang in the video but there is no guarantee that's the guitar on the record.

The tone is definitely from a guitar equipped with a low output single coil pickup. There is compression, reverb, and chorus (maybe even a bit of delay) used as effects to increase the jangle factor. The amp sounds like a small Fender, probably a blackface Deluxe Reverb, or it could be a Vox.

Other guitars it's likely to be be are anything from Fender, a Rickenbacker, or a Gretsch. Its possible it could be a Gibson with a P90 but I doubt it.

I had hoped that I could find more "jangly" guitar. I like the effect/sound.
