Rattlebars Kickshifter Install Help

1st-Thanks for the help locating BigBF. I purchased his pegs for the shifter. Looks great but now I need help installing on the bike. I purchased the kickshifter used but have no instructions regarding the various O-rings, nuts and washers. Would anybody have a copy of the instructions or diagram regarding placement?
