Yer bout average age rider here. Last weekend I celebrated the last of the 60 series birthdays and I ain't the oldest here!!  ;D Inzane 14 is in Asheville N C in June this year. That is a beauty, I'll have to say. Same color as mine. Like those Ultimates also, but you won't need that drivers backrest. PM me and I'll send you my address you can dump it. Might send you some country ham or a snow shovel or something you can use. ;D

Good looking ride!  You won't ever regret it.  It will take at least two years to get the smile off your face.  Oh yes, you can find out most anything about your machine right here on this web site...Jim :)

Congrats on the new ride! One of my favorite colors. Be careful riding with your other Harley buddies or you'll lose them in your rear view mirrors!

Ghost

That's a great looking Valkyrie, be careful when you ride with that big smile on your face. Your teeth will be full of Bugs.  :2funny:
I just wanna Ride............:)  And hang out with all the cool Kids riding Motorcycles.

Crackerborn

IMHO you did well. I first test drove a Valk the last year of production and knew then I would own one someday. I spent the last three years finding the "new to me" girl I now own.

Good roads and fair weather.
Life is about the ride, not the destination.

Mont;
Welcome to the club! She's a beauty. Are those OME Tourer saddlebags?
I thought all Valk saddlebags were two tone, except of course for Black. Whatever. :-[

Well, She's already wearing expensive aftermarket items; like the Cobras, the HONDALINE front fender chrome trim,
fender chrome extensions, superb seat, transmission chrome cover ... etc. Close to $2k in aftermarket bling! :D

You've got a great deal, sir... Good for you! :cooldude:

Nice ride Mont  :cooldude:

Congrats!

the 98 blue and cream is the best looking color combo ...although i may be biased  ;D

Welcome to the madhouse..looks like you got one heck of a good deal on your lady. Even if yours is a bit slower than the fast black ones, the deal you got should make up for being a bit slower.

Pappy!

Hey Mont!
Welcome! If it makes you feel any better my first bike after a longgggggggg hiatus was a 1600 Vulcan! Talk about heavy................   Had it for a few months.
When I swung my leg over a Valk it was like "Ohhhhh Yeahhhhh" how can this thing be so light feeling?
You will love it and you got a sweet one there! Enjoy.

lacon

Excellent.  Someone spent a LOT of money on that bike.  I can tell it was their baby, & most likely took good care of it.  I think you made a very good deal.  It started as a Standard.  The windshield is Honda, & I'll bet the bags are Champion.

mont

yes I it is a Standard .. and I am pretty sure they are champion bags ..stripped everything off to give it a good cleaning and maintenance ( must be the mechanic in me ).. I guess I have plenty of time because they are talking 2 more snow storms this week .....

Andy Cote

Very nice.  I like the colors.
