Of course, I've spent much less time here to notice.  I have, however, caught just a glimpse of the board being dominated by a few assholes that never contributed anything to the ongoing welfare of the VRCC, many of whom do not even ride Valkyries.    

My prediction is that a complete lack of moderation will not result in longer and better life.  It will, short term, allow the predators to eat more freely.

Tom. I didn't specify.  To do so would be a clear violation of the "Rules of the Road."

Incidentally, when I was moderating, the majority of my activity was to quietly remove posts that had clearly crossed over the line of the Rules.  The only people acutely aware of my activity would be those whose posts had been removed.  People can and did remove their own posts.  I didn't do as much removing as folks were lead to believe.  I did, on occasion, do more than the amount with which my partners were comfortable.

Real and effective moderation takes a lot more time, effort, and careful consideration than most members realize.

Danica led the race for a couple of laps during green light pitting and lost the spot when she had to come in.
Think she was running around the 20 spot when she got creamed by another car. That middle of the pack is a dangerous area to run when all Hell breaks loose.

That's my whole point, just about every driver will lead during pitting or caution flags at some point in their career if, they stick around for a while.    She's good for the sport, heck, we're talking about her and NASCAR.    But until she proves she's a driver at that level, she'll never be more than a pretty seat cover.

That is enough for me.  I guess my interest in her is a bit more craven.  Hoser

Wow!  Not only do you not understand my message, you apparently didn't even take the time to truly read it.

Wrong on virtually every point.  Adrian doesn't pick on you.  Adrian is of the belief that a Valkyrie riders' club should be for members who ride Valkyries.  He's certainly not alone in that belief.  I would encourage Adrian, who is a Valkyrie rider and a financial contributor to the expenses acquired by this message board and the VRCC, to continue doing just what he does.

After your last exit, Al, my choice would have been to leave you gone.  Some of my partners disagreed. 

I'm not nearly smart enough to keep this community going, but someone needs to be.

I do wish you well, but yes, I wish you gone.  Not so much because you don't own a Valk.  You could own four just as I do and I would still want you gone.  It's because your pattern of behavior is that of an attention whore.  You're bad for the community.

I'm glad you've "cleaned up" your act.  I wish you continued success in that direction.

Contributing can be done by doing business with paying advertisers (they're shrinking), being a paid advertiser, buying the promotional VRCC calendar, directly donating, attending and registering for InZane, and a few other ways I have probably forgotten.  Recommending the board is a good thing but it is supporting and not necessarily contributing.

I'm not certain the use of assholes is a violation of the rules.  If assholes were forbidden I'd be long gone.  Wouldn't we both?

A very Curvy, Challenging Road with active coal mining, trucks and all, with drop offs of 500 feet,

switchback curve that are on incline/decline decreasing radius type, dogs, goats, gravel, and you get
