Strikes me as not a good way to win an argument by calling the  5-6 million people who have lost their doctors or insurance plans as liars.

People who are directly, negatively affected by ACA know what's happening in their lives with their own healthcare plans.  I think  Dirty Harry is coming unhinged.

I can't figure what the upside is for him to do this unless it's to distract  low-information voter's attention.

We ALL gotta clean house in congress this coming election.  If we could only find a way to not have illegal aliens, dead people,  and dogs from voting and some people from multiple voting. Most of our country is NOT like Chicago. We shouldn't register new voters at graveyards!

Dropped my policy that I had for years, gave me a new one, which is basically the same thing. They doubled my premiums, and upped my deductible. Now after paying healthcare for 30 years, I don't know how long I can afford to pay the new premiums. So, I am month to month! I went from $550/month and $10,000 deductible to $1100/month and $12,000 deductible. I reach the deductible because my middle son has a lifelong disease that needs treatment every 2 weeks. So, my cost is up  $8500/ year because of Obamacare. Now where do I get that money from? That's another $700/month!

Truth was she had her own insurance but unfortunately succumbed to her cancer anyway.

 Obamacare has not effected me personally YET. I am on my wife's insurance through her job, working for, get this a national health insurance company. Our deductible is $3,200 and out of pocket is $7,200 and this is the best policy her company offers their employees. NICE right?

Anyhow her son had Ulcerative Colitis since he was 14. He is 24 now. He had 3 major surgeries to correct the problem in the last 2 years. Fortunately she had help from the Hospital on the surgeries. Before that he was on some very expensive drugs. Except for a colonoscopy every year he should be OK from now on. But Twila is still paying for bills from three years ago. With a deductible that high you can never catch up. You get one bill paid up and then get sick and get another one. Its a never ending cycle. For a lot of people with the ACA its only going to get much worse......

Its finally become public that the Veterans Administration insurance is not recognized by ACA. I know a few folks that have full coverage by the VA and they are being told they now have to by additional obama approved insurance.

This is exactly what they want,for you to not be able to afford it then be reliant on the Goverment (Medicaid) so they can own you. Then they will have to raise all peoples (working) taxes so you will only be able to feed yourself (barely) and nothing else. Then when you hit a certain age quit covering any illness.

Insurance sure is not like it used to be.  Premiums keep going up and up and up with LESS coverage and higher deductibles.  Our plan already increases the rate a lot if you or family member covered smokes (I can see that I guess), but they also increase our premiums if the spouse has the capability to get, even if crappier higher insurance,  by 40 bucks out of the paycheck every 2 weeks.  Pretty soon they will implement a penalty for 3 of the 4 of our family members being obese and yet we rarely EVER go in for anything?  We've paid enough in premiums over the past 20 years rarely being used (guessing 10K total max used in past 20 years) to afford a new house and corvette and a few extra Valks to ride around in. -  NOW it is Valk related?

I agree. If the repubs don't hurry up and get their ducks in a row, the beast will probably end up in charge and at this point I think it does matter. Its amazing the number of people that are still in love with that women.

This reminds me of the backlash Obama got when he blamed the failing economy (on Bush of course but also) on Americans living beyond their means.  Folks like me who live responsibly fired back everywhere they could and he had to walk that one back.

Obama holds the record for lie of the decade, but Reid HAS to hold the record for most quantity of lies.
