Skinhead

I can't take it much longer.  Two fat girls, one fresh oil, the other new progressive front springs, just crying to be ridden.

But we got 6 inches of snow last night, I just finished cleaning it up.  I could hear the fat girls sobbing the whole time.

Please pray for us.

Its 1 PM and I still haven't got the gumption to go out and clean up more G D snow!

Maybe if I don't go out, it will go away before I have to go to work tomorrow????

I like the covered one better myself, I got tired of wiping the dust of it has been sitting so long.  Normally I would just take her out and blow the dust off.

It was 54 yesterday BUT Modot put down the beet juice and liquid salt in anticipation of the frozen white crapola that currently covers my lawn and my cage.  :-\ I did manage to polish the wheels on my I/S yesterday and put a coat of wax on the freshly polished wheels.  :cooldude: BUT I would have rather been riding if I had my druthers!!  :2funny: After I got her down off the lift I sat on her and made vroom vroom sounds.  :-X Is this durance vile called winter EVER gonna end??????  :tickedoff: RIDE SAFE.

Boy, do I hear you...  Mine has some new lighting, rebuilt brake calipers and master cylinders, and the standard annual inspection/maintenance is complete.  Ready to be gassed up and go.  Only issue is the snow, and it's not melting.  It was -13o here this morning with an expected high of -4o.   :tickedoff:  :tickedoff:  :tickedoff:

Kinda goin' nutz here too in NE indiana.  Another 4 inches of snow and 18 degrees here now.

The garage is too cold to do some mods on the bike.

At least I won't have to polish the chrome, the 'Strom doesn't have any. I was hopin' that the bugs on the windshield would fall off in the cold but that hasn't happened.  Guess I'll have to wash it in the Spring. ;)

Wetrudgeon

78F here yesterday and we had a nice ride.

28F and freezing rain now.  No ride today.

We trudge on (confused).

Waiting that is and trying to find out if all SIX of us can fit into that tiny pool.  I'd sure love to find out all stacked up all around and on top/bottom of me.

One of the local weather gals laid out what gonna happen here overnight.  :-\ AND I might add-it ain't good.  :crazy2: Right NOW it is 6 above zero here BUT it's going to get cold overnight with dangerous wind chills. As IF that weren't enough-4 to 8 inches more of the fluffy white stuff for our enjoyment and amusement.  :-X Wasn't there some B S bout global warming or some such???  :( I could use some of that right the heck NOW.  :2funny: Are yuse guys up nawth tryin to get even or something??  crapcrapcrapcrapcrap!!  :cooldude: RIDE SAFE.

I feel your pain Skinhead, ran a little gas through the girl's carbs while I shoveled snow today.

Very well could be May 1st, not normal April 1st or so, to get the bike out this spring.  Not happy.

I sure hope the 5 long months sitting idle even with stabil and seafoam in the carbs/tank whenever it does get above 40 degrees out consistently will work it's magic and able to start the bike.

Wish I could post some Pics I'd show ya some snow!  I won't be able to get out till August.

Fired up the air compressor and blew the dust off the other day... my bike has never sat this long... i'd start it if we even had one 40 degree day...
