OK...... that is exceptionally strange.  Bet it doesn't like high speed turns.

He really needs a bronze chest plate and gladiator helmet.

I suppose his passenger sits on the floor of the bucket facing backwards.  (thus the happy rider look)

I thought chariot passengers were tied by the feet and dragged behind mostly. Maybe that's the second class passenger  ;D

The bucket looks like a 55 gal drum.  If watertight, it could be a rolling hot tub.
