Supreme Court refuses 'boobies' bracelet case

Pennsylvania students have a free speech right to wear 'i ♥ boobies' bracelets to school to support breast cancer awareness, a US appeals court had ruled. The Supreme Court refused Monday to hear an appeal, letting that decision stand.

While I agree with the stance and whole heartedly do love Boobies (both the birds and mammary glands), I do think school's should be able to make decisions such as in this case.     
Some schools might go one way on this issue while others go the opposite direction.    I think it should be decided by local values and not nation wide.   Just my opinion, not worth much but, it is all mine.

A couple years ago at a local high school they tried to force a kid to cut his hair or be suspended for having the breast cancer ribbon cut and dyed pink in his hair. His mom which we know fairly well was just diagnosed with breast cancer. They called an indy news station and did a report on the evening news and the next day the school changed their minds and let him be.

squeaky wheel usually always gets the worm.

I got the run around once on a lemon car several dealers would not honor the 3/36K and fix my issue with one of my vehicles.   They ignored me coming in time and time again or attempted to fix it and didn't.  Finally, had enough got attorney and won case and mfg. bought back my vehicle at a very high used car price more than fair.  Made up for all the times and money spent driving to dealers being ignored. 

Oh yah, I love boobies as well -    even though I am more of a butt fan.
