Cell phone question

Every time I watch a police drama, it seems they declare the dead guy to be right handed because he wears his cell phone on the right.  This bugs me, as I am right handed and wear my cell phone on the LEFT so it won't be in the way of stuff I carry on the right.

So I got to wondering .... for those who wear their cell phones clipped to a belt:

Are you right or left handed?  And do you wear your cell phone on the right or left?

Right handed left side. Other things go right hand right side.

PAVALKER

Clip on phone and I have worn it on both sides.... But if riding and not wanting to lose it, I have it in my left breast knacks pocket.  I'm rt handed..

Thanks, I feel better.  That always seemed like an inaccurate assumption.

The other one that's driving me nuts right now is a couple of commercials about hiring veterans -- they say "he was a veteran"  What?  He quit being a veteran when you hired him?  I don't think so.  Isn't being a veteran a lifetime thing?

Right handed...

Cell phone on right hip.  Revolver on left hip.

It doesn't matter if the dead guy is right or left handed. It matters if his killer is right or left handed. That's why I always carry my cell phone on my left side in case I need to throw the cops off my trail.
And if you are ambidextrous do you need two phones?

I'm left handed and usually carry it on my right if I use the case. My firearm is on the left. Sometimes left back pocket or front right of my vest.

Right handed, my cell goes in the pocket on my shirt.   Whether that's the right side or left depends on where the pocket is located.   Though most of my single pocketed shirts have the pocket on the left side, I didn't get a vote on where it went.

When I carry in a holster, it's right side, when I carry concealed, it's left side.   Oops, did I say that out loud.   Never mind, you didn't read that.

Mostly left-handed.  Phone goes in left jacket or shirt pocket. Not on hip because it interferes with seat belts.  I wouldn't call myself ambidextrous because I have a definite preference depending on what I'm doing, but I write and phone left, kick right, bat left, shoot right (hockey), throw balls left, throw frisbees right (even I can't understand that), and mouse right.  On skis and skates I prefer to stop to the right, but prefer to do tight motorcycle turns to the left.  I'm sure everyone is fascinated with my hand preference!  :uglystupid2:

Just had mine implanted so I wouldn't have to keep up with it.
It does seem to pick up some extra signals though.

On an unrelated note, I've recently discovered that Obama care really is working, we don't need the XL pipeline, and ethanol is great for engines.
Do not be concerned citizen! EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER!
Come get you free Obama phone implanted, just like I did.

Right handed and wear it on the left...at least til I hit something or my riding jacket grabs it and drops it into the street.   Been carrying it inside my jacket while riding, on the belt when not.

Left handed, if on the bike everything hangs off the left side.   Due to not wanting to let loose of the throttle.

When I was an LEO, weapon went on my right side.   I could shoot equal points left or right handed at the Armory.

Learned that in the service.   Got tired of those hot ejected shell casings burning my neck, trying to shoot a right handed weapon left handed..

I know I need to work on that more. I need to work on a lot of things more, but that dang ammo is so expensive. Guess I need to get a .22 pistol so I can practice with it.   (If I can find .22 ammo.)

I'm right handed and always carry it on the left side. It is in either the left inside coat pocket, the left outside coat pocket, or the left pants pocket. Too much other stuff in my right pockets.

Just goes to show that Hollywood has no idea what reality is!
