If I remember correctly his name was Wilson. And how soon we forget presidents like Nixon & Carter. They were dishonest and ineffective.

If you and I have examined the same situation and arrived at two different conclusions, one of us must have had more information than did the other.  If I'm an average person, my assumption is almost never that I was the one with less information.
