Hi Guys - hope you are all OK....

We did a review on motorcycle airbags a while back...

Since then we've had a chance to look at another offering - a slip over vest you can wear on top of any bike gear you already have.

The most interesting thing about this one is the price.... seems these things are now getting much more affordable...

UPDATE: Just heard from Moto-Air this morning, they having seen our review.

Despite getting some stick for a couple of our comments (we're unpaid, unbiased and we tell it like it is).....

Had the hit air jacket for many years. Its mesh so have not worn it this trip yet. May try it tomorrow if it get s over forty or later today. Its in the trunk. You have to be thrown off tge bike for it to inflAte. If I simply went down in the turn yesterday see my Blog I am not sure it would inflate

I can confirm from personal experience that a gentle low-side WILL inflate the Hit-Air jacket. I did it on Dolores, my Yellow and Black standard. Both rider and pillion jackets went off. You don;t need to be thrown off for them to work, just fall from the saddle.

Its pretty well designed. A real impact sets it off, just forgetting to disconnect and walk away doesn't.
