I have had 2 surgeries in the last six months because of crohns  disease.
I am down to 130 lbs. A weight that was good in high school but not now.
Went for a short ride on the Valk and I don,t think the Valk knew that I
had gone for the ride with her.

Dang Dave.......had no idea you were going through this the last six months.  Hope this is the end of it for a LONG time and you recover quickly / completely buddy !  Stay strong and maintain the positive attitude I've always admired you for showing in the past !!   :cooldude: :cooldude:

Like you said the Valk probably didn't even know you were on her !

Sorry to hear about your challenges. Wishing you a speedy comeback.  :-\

I know 2 with Krohns disease, one lady about 30 and the other lady pushing 50.  They take meds, maybe your meds can be changed to help cope with the issues you are having?    Worth talking to the Dr. about if I was you if you continue to loose weight or not feeling as chipper/lively.

The 2 biggest things those 2 complain about is feeling tired all the time and bathroom issues.  Am sure with age though those 2 items will become worse over time.

Hang in there and hope your conditions improve!!!!!! ;)

I am sure you watch your diet.

I find B-Complex puts a little vim an vigor back in my step.

Chronic Decease has it's problems, I have a Chronic Lung Decease.

I find moderate exercise, if you can stand it, 3 days a week helps.

Low weight training while watching the TV, helps me.

Spring is here, almost, sit in the sun and get that vitamin d 20 minutes a day.

If nothing else, count your blessings, you seem like a great guy and have lots of friends.

There is a blessing in itself.

Get better.
GOD SAVE THE UNITED STATES from the democrats is my prayer.

So sorry your fight with this damn thing continues.  I use you for inspiration in fighting my own health crap...you always kept a sense of humor about it, which I admire and respect.  You are in my prayers, my good friend.

Dang nab it no how Dave.    Chrons is nothing to play with.

I have a 32 year old Nephew, who had it a few years back.

They never gave him much of a chance to get over it, or live.

He got determined to get rid of it and he did.

He got over it, and now has 2 sets of twins and another son.

It must have put some lead in his Boogie Woogie tool.

I understand "chronic disease", I have Sarcoidosis. I have constant fatigue and muscle pain every day. Push through it as best you can, but don't be afraid to change Docs if you aren't getting any place.
I lost 16 lbs over the past 2 months due to a kidney stone. They finally fetched that thing a week ago Wednesday. 5.2 mm by 4.2 mm stuck in the ureter for that long. SUCKS! They had to grab it and yank it out the same way they came in. That sucked to.
Be demanding of your doctor(s). Take care, things will improve!

You are never lost if you don't care where you are!

Ya, it has been a tough fight. I have to look at with a positive
outlook. When in the hospital I saw people that could not stand or
or eat, they were bring fed by tubes.
That is the reason I count my blessing every day. And ask the fat girl for one more ride.
