Hay, I recognize that bike.  That is the bike I checked out for some friends up north of Colorado.   It was a little rough and had sat for a while.   Wish I had known you were looking at that bike.  I have a bunch of pictures of it sitting in that garage.

Really love to see these bikes brought back to life. I've been eyeing a couple of Interstates that would make great projects, think I may pass.

I went and looked at that bike couple weeks ago,Off of I10 and wilcrest,offered him 1500 for it,called later and he said it went to fort worth.

Tank and (Pingle Ch1311) valve, all clean, desmoged, and waiting for the carbs to be done.
