Just saw in Cycle World that Honda is set to release an 8 cylinder, turbocharged 2500 Goldwing. Can't imagine what that will be like. My understanding is it has  two in-line back wheels. Anybody here seen this?

I can see a Goldwing with a bigger motor but it doesn't need a turbo.

Whoa, back up the bus.  ;)

It's a great rumor to start, maybe Mother Honda will hear it.   :cooldude:

nobody here will like it
no reverse, windshield too short, no trunk, no music, radiators too big, and the list goes on-just read the F6B and new Valk threads, you'll see

I'd like to see it though
take personal responsibility and keep your word

98 Tourer, black and chrome, added 8/11/10
98 Std, yellow/cream, totaled 8/3/10

If you build it they will come only works with baseball fields in movies.    Our Valkyries fill a very specific niche, anyone wanting to invade that territory will have to offer a bike that meets our needs and tastes.   Both of the bikes you mention are not improved Valkyries.    It really depends on what you want but, Valkyries they are not.    Too much plastic, ugly radiators or what ever.   That's not saying they are bad bikes, just not improved Valkyries.    We love our Valkyries for specific reasons.    Lots of motor, lots of chrome, specific handling characteristics, etc.............   Build an F6B with similar attributes and you'll sell a lot of them to current Valkyrie owners, vary from that recipe and those same potential buyers will remain just that, potential buyers.

I typed in '2015 goldwing', and got a picture;

Looks like a lot of talented photoshopping;

Sorry if you find this as 'Sorry' as I do;
A guy called me a Ba$tard, I said in my case it's an accident
of birth, in your case you're a self made man.

If those pics hold true,  we can all have a girly tupperware party together?  ;D

For those that say the F6B and new Valk have too much plastic, please look around at the cars and even trucks being made the past 10 years or more.  All plastic even bumpers vs. steel chrome in years past that are long gone except for some trucks still.

Unfortunately true and we don't like it but what we gonna do?????  I guess keep our current Valks forever?
