H D L new website

  This is just my personal opinion.  I went to their website and could not get any info on what I wanted. It kept comming back , no such listing or code 500.
  I finally called and talked to a rep. I told him I wanted to buy a pair of tires and a battery for a 1995 Goldwing Aspencade. He told me to go to the new site. I did , It will not allow me to input the info to order tires and battery.   I guess I will send my buisness elsewhere.  I feel that trying the new site four times is three times to much.   Why did he not take my order over the phone?

Each time I have gone to the new site, I have NOT been able to find the simplest stuff.  

Making me go thru the BS of make, model, year, then parts, with a reply that those parts don't exist is utter BS!!!!

I took the time to send them a detailed message that thousands of long loyal Valk riders rely on HDL and now cannot find anything.  Of course I got no reply.

I am thinking Hal and company have sold out to new owners..... who apparently are clueless.

Yes Hal did sell out...but I think his son stayed and worked there...for awhile at least. Not sure if any of the old crew is still there or not.
