I am from Northfork, W.Va. about 19 miles North of Bluefield in the Southern tip of McDowell county.

we're having some flooding now, not nearly as bad as what we had a few years ago.  note the name on the bar.

Look at the pickup truck in the second picture.  I have one just like it.  A 1946 Chevy.
In the past few years Northfork was almost wiped off the earth with floods.  The hollow I grew up in was decimated, houses washed away including the one I grew up in.
