You ride 150 miles and have a great time. Met up with rainman Hal and sixpack2go today and had a great ride. Stopped at the honda dealer to check out the new bikes. They had several F6B's, no new valkyries but a couple nice used ones. Checked out the CTX1300 and loved it. Now I want one

Which Honda dealer did you go to? Dreyer South in Whiteland has a new Valkyrie and a F6B with chrome wheels. I believe it cost $1500.00 to chrome the wheels.  Looks sharp.

CTX1300 at our dealership had the bars blocking the fairing mounted mirrors.... Kinda bad design there. How was it on the one you checked out.  Had some nice options and sounded good too.

Skip work a few more times, you deserve it and I'm pretty sure in the end no one will mention how many days you worked or took off in your eulogy, nor would they care.

I left work early this last Monday.  went to my daughters Girls Scouts Gold Award banquet.  I told my boss I was sick and I needed to leave to prevent injury to myself......  I'm glad I went.  i'll only have one daughter who received a once in a life time award, I'm sure i'll find another job......

Last oct 30th. i skipped out on work and Bev and I wound up hitting a big white dog,,caused 15 grand in damage to the bike,, broke 3 of my ribs and broke the shoulder blade, Bev got skinned up pretty bad,,and I spent 3 days in Vanderbilt and a month off work,,,Karma bit me in the ass pretty good,, so no more skipping work...

We call it PTO. Personal time off. They dont ask.
I always make sure I dont miss anything big and schedule for Tammy's day off too. I hate coming back to a disaster after aweek off so I just elongate a weekend or take an afternoon.
I took a day when OSS came through. I'll take one if you do too.

Actually went in for a few hours to do some paperwork. Boss came in my office and I was facing the window with the paperwork in my lap. He asked if everything was ok. I said well, I suddenly feel sick. He laughed and said go. Nothing here that cant wait til tomorrow.    he knew what I was up to. Today he asked if I had a nice ride. Told him I had a great time. He said good you deserve to skip out every once in a while to do something for you. Glad I work somewhere that is so laid back. If they ask us to work overtime they say call your wife and make sure she is good with it.

I didnt really pay attention to the mirrors, seems like the were fine the way it was set up. It does have one huge rear tire on it. Looked twice as big as the f6b. This one had radio, bluetooth audio, usb charging port. I gotta have me one of them.

Skipped work once to go riding. I worked in a small machine shop in Prescott ,Az. and everybody road and we decided to close up shop at lunch time and ride up to Jerome for lunch. We never go there, the lone Harley rider behind me took a turn too wide and crashed into the guardrail. He totaled his bike and got hurt but not bad. It ruined our day off. He got rid of the Harley and bought a metric bike.

I sat on one a couple weeks ago. Felt nice, but the bags are small and it's really a shame they took all the power from that engine. That's the big sticking point with me. They should have left the tuning alone.
