Blue and Gray IS north of memphis?

I've only seen one other Valk around memphis,  mine and qc-techy. This morning I was passed going south on 51 by a blue and gray IS. Could not catch up thanks to the gps speed monitoring on the company truck and traffic.

I think I saw it parked at volvo general truck down the street from the cummins shop I work at.

Is this one of us?
