Other than the shekels difference they are surprisingly similar in performance. According to the gal riding passenger the nod goes to the Honda. Even a full on G/W would be slightly less than the H/D. And a test ride with you by your S/O would be best for all parties concerned.  Any time I go to ANY M/C dealers show room the prices of accessories never cease to make me throw up a little bit these days .  Thanks for posting this Joe.  RIDE SAFE.

Road Glide Ultra, was discontinued in 2013, 2014 had none.

Street Glide that has a Cruise Control, is substantially less, 21,000, give or take.

Both had exact same top end of 124 mph. With the mods done to mine, I can beat that.

F6B is patterned after  the Street Glide, the Worlds Best Selling Bagger, Street Glide.

The Reviewer, could not make a distinction between the two. No clear winner.

That may be because both buy AD space!
The one that had more comfort, acceleration, suspension travel and less vibration...and cost $10,000.00 LESS was just equal? Shhhhh don't tell anyone but I think we have a winner.

What I find a little surprised is the top speed is only 124 mph.  Although I have never gone faster than that myself on my Valk I/S, I know a few that have pushed the 140 mph mark so guessing since our speedo's are set a tad high, it was actually around 135 top speed.  

I guess our 14 or so year old machine still can outrun the new kids on the block?  

but, NOT in the 1/4 mile unless supercharged.  I've always wanted to see what time my Valk I/S can do in the 1/4 mile, but I bet I would be hard pressed to run below 13 seconds and about 105 mph or so.  I'd be super impressed if I could do 12.5 seconds.

Although a taller windshield on the F6B would help with stereo sound being better/louder,  I find it hard to believe with the volume cranked all the way up on HOnda's so-called 'premium' speaker system could still NOT be heard.  In today's age,  that to me is not even close to being acceptable quality on a near 20K cycle and Honda should be ashamed to put out such crappy sound systems and call them 'premium'.

When I sat on the F6B recently,  I really liked the open feel very roomy, similar to our Valks not as crowded as the new VAlk or even the 1832cc Goldwing or any HD touring bike for that matter.  I'm not small but not tall, just wide.

Al that statement right there is all that should be said. Like I have said many times I have ridden and owned many different makes of machine,if it has two wheels I like it I own and ride two Valkyries !why? Because that is the bike I prefer no other reason. I think they are the baddest looking cruiser on the planet but that is my opinion.

Your understanding of the amount of "tad" that most Valkyrie speedos are off is flawed.  Remember that the gap increases as speed increases.
