A 1959 Apache.

We have a for sale lot located on Base for people to list and display their used cars, trucks, motorcycle, campers, boats, etc.....it's lovingly referred to as the Lemon Lot.   ;)

There's usually the run-of-the-mill type of vehicles there....not usually anything that stands out....untill I went by there today after work and saw this.....

In case you're interested, here's his for sale sign with perticulars....

If I had 22 grand and a garage to park it in, I'd be very tempted.   :)

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

Unless he did all the work himself, he probably has a lot more than $22K in it.

I'm kinda partial to the '59 Apache myself, but I like 'em a little closer to the ground. Bought this in 1983 for $350.

The emperor has no clothes

59 Chevy Apache was my first 4 wheel vehicle ! That thing could take a beating and did. 283 small block, 4 speed with granny gear. Mine had 4 headlights but everything else was pretty much the same. Some good memories

Nice truck, but I bet it eats a bunch and the gas mileage is rough. But, what would one expect with a 454. Good motor!
