Doesn't look very secure to me, kinda like the dumb bicyclist that chains his bike up the same way. Then returns to find the bike gone but the front wheel still there. Buying a new wheel is a lot cheaper than buying the entire bike! My guess is the car belongs to the biker.

Had one of those cable locks on the neighbors cyclone fence that had been there for a while. Heavy multiple reverse twists and a combination lock my daughter had forgotten the numbers there to.  :-X A cut off wheel on my H/F 4" grinder took way LESS time than I thought it would.  :roll: Locks keep honest people honest-thieves not so much.  :crazy2: RIDE SAFE.
Today is the tommorow you worried about yesterday. If at first you don't succeed screw it-save it for nite check.  1964  1968 U S Navy. Two cruises off Nam.
