Skinhead

To the members of the greatest generation that answered the call of duty.  Thanks to those that paid the ultimate price, those that had to live a lifetime disabled or with horriffic memories of what they endured.  Thanks to the civilians that responded to the need to supply the warriors with the eguipment and supplies needed to complete their missions.   Thanks to all the children that grew up never getting to know their fathers, and all those that lost family members to secure the our freedom.

My only regret and fear, is that corruption and a what's in it for me attitude is in danger of making their noble sacrifices in vain.  I sincerely hope that is not the case.  Vote wisely, consider the greater good.  And thank a Vet for defending your rights.

I agree!

I'm not sure if we'll see that leadership, and determination ever again.   I grew up during the war years and to this day, I am amazed how everyone on the home front rolled up their sleeves to support our troops 100%

The whole country was committed.  We had strong leaders who knew what had to be done.  We had Armed Forces who were trained to follow competent leaders.

Today, we still have a competent Armed Forces composed of volunteers who take their Oath seriously.

I won't comment any further.
