Baffled?!?

So I have been fighting this gas problem every time I fill up gas pours out the "vent" tube on kick stand side of bike .... Petcock is brand new today ... Filled up and pissing gas again .... Opened up a float drain to make sure not that hose . No it's not wrong side ... This one goes I believe strait to the back of the tank ! At my wits end.... Any ideas ? Never leaks as I'm driving and only after I fill up. leaks like a SOB fill up to bottom of neck in tank ... Surely not too full ...

Rust in your tank?  Your vent tube could be rusted through.
