Dan-Marc not shipping product ????

Has anyone else had problems with Dan-Marc NOT shipping product? I ordered there Dan-Marc Valve on 5/27/14 and still have not received what I ordered. Today is 6-19-14. For the past 5 days each day I have e-mailed them but ZERO response. The e-mail for Marcia Mckay they list is returned undeliverable. I spent some time looking for a phone number on the website but could not find one, I found one phone number under a different site and called it but it was not in use.

Also on the order confirmation e-mail I received they state "The USPS does not offer package tracking on any shipments other than Express Overnight" that is not true. I use USPS Priority Mail all the time and get tracking numbers. Today I have started a dispute with PayPal. Even if they send me my order I do not think I would do business with them again.

Well, I hope they haven't folded up - I have two of their solenoids, on Deerslayer and on my garden tractor.  However, they aren't the only source.  Search for "fuel solenoid valve" on ebay - there's a lot of others.  For less $.

You are not the first one to have this problem. I got the email confirmation from them the last time I placed an order, albeit without a tracking number. I tried calling them multiple times and emailed them as well requesting a tracking number. I did not hear back from them till the time I opened a dispute with Paypal. As soon as I opened the dispute, I got the tracking number through Paypal within a couple of hours.

After this experience, I refuse to do or give any business to Dan Marc.

Anytime you can't track something its a red flag for me. But that is just me.

So Big Poppa Pump did you get your shipment? How long did it take?

Dan Marc doesn't make valves, they just sell them.
I Called AFC and asked where I could buy one locally and they told me where to go.
They are used a lot on propane applications.

So Big Poppa Pump did you get your shipment? How long did it take?

It took me about 2 weeks to get mine. When I paid for the product and shipping I was under the assumption that it would be shipped USPS Priority since that's what I paid for. When I got the tracking number, it turned out that they shipped UPS.

After my Dan-Marc fiasco, I bought my AFC-111 from this seller on eBay. Was shipped out the next day itself.

After a week of e-mails directly to Dan-Marc and 3 days after starting a dispute with paypal still no response from Dan-Marc. Almost a full month and still no valve. Asking for a refund from paypal and ordered one from e-bay. Thanks for the e-bay link Big Poppa Pump.
