You get to sit in your Lotus !?   I don't know anyone that wouldn't like to get in position regardless what model Lotus it was.     I just always wished Colin Chapman finished his cars before selling them.

Well it's not really that bad.....I needed to be in 3 different places on Monday to meet with mine engineers and discuss plans for certain areas in the quarries....No problem. All phone calls were made and a time schedule was decided on. Then I find out that my services are needed else where. aaarrrggghhh! I have to go to the Nantahala gorge and shoot a shot at the LBM sapphire quarry. That's a 500 mile round trip for me and then up and at it again early Tues. am. Several phone calls and a reschedule of all meeting was done and now to decide do I leave out tomorrow and spend a night  at the Philips Motel in Robbinsville or leave here at 1 AM Monday........ 
Incidentally...(awillowword) I can't cuss anymore until Thursday of next week. I used up my weekly allotment Yesterday.

I almost had one of those days yesterday. I was showing my nephew how to re roof a shed, roofing 101 stuff and I stepped on a section of sheathing that was not nailed down and surfed to the end of the roof. Lucky for me I was able to time the point I could just jump off and land with out any harm, a nice 8' jump to the parking lot. At 49 I can't believe my reflexes kicked in like I was a youngster again.

Well it's not really that bad.....I needed to be in 3 different places on Monday to meet with mine engineers and discuss plans for certain areas in the quarries....No problem. All phone calls were made and a time schedule was decided on. Then I find out that my services are needed else where. aaarrrggghhh! Wow!  Now that's one of the side benefits of having one's unique skills in very high demand.   You're a very special man with particularly explosive talents.

I've been told lately that I was over my allotment several times.  I have found both the use and limit are much overrated.
