Got the deuce risers on my I/S. Looking for about same pullback on my Tourer. I know may have to reroute the cables to bk. and drill TT. Are cables/wires long enough for the duece risers to work on Valk Tourer ?

yes. STD/T cables I think are a little longer than the I/S since the I/S handle bars are a little narrower.
I myself didn't like the bend in the throttle cable, plus I could not stand the black cables, so went all SS cables. motion pro will make any length throttle cables u would want.
and bought the jpcycle brand duces much cheaper than the HD brand

CA is correct when you use Harley duce risers on an interstate you need to use the std or tourer throttle cables.
When you put them on a std or tourer you need to use the interstate throttle housing.
The interstate housing allows the cables to come out the bottom instead of the side which gives you more length.

ok, Thanks I ordered some 4.5. hope they will work without any mods. Cable s, etc. Prob. have to drill the tree out a little.

Once installed, run the bike and turn the bars from lock to lock, to see if you have a bind or to see if it causes the bike to rev.  Worst case you run the throttle cables inside the triple tree (loosen the riser clamps, slide the bars to the left, remove the throttle grip and slide the controls off as a unit and run the whole thing inside the tree).

And remember, there is always a little adjustment/play in the bars up and down in any risers you may use.

ok, Thanks, The dueces are one of the best thing I,ve done on my I/S. Being use to them I wanted to put some on my Tourer.

use a 1/2 inch drill bit to drill the triple tree
