What are these on the fork tubes?? For lights or air wings??

Originally were fork wing mounts, Would be a cool place for lights though if you could hide the wiring.

I keep mine slightly rotated so they dump the deflected air into the radiator. They work well and are (IMO) mandatory if you have Baker air wings on an Interstate.
