750cc 4 cylinder of Crosley power.

1941 Type 62 CadillaC. WHAT A BEAUTY.

As a young man this was a car I drooled over.

Then the 3 of us headed to Two Wheels of Suches for lunch.

Had to stop so Mark could water the weeds.

On the single track bridge we stopped on we found a personal record.

Oh well you're not going to see the photos because PHOTOBUCKET SUCKS.

After lunch at TWO Ian and I headed home on a back roads route I like to use. Lotsa single lane or nearly 2 lane roads through woods and farm land.

At one point we were riding along a section that had been logged. There was a wide strip of dry Georgia clay, about 10 feet wide, across the road deposited by logging trucks. My direction was straight so without reducing speed I zoomed across it at about 70. Looking in my rear view mirror I see a cloud of red dust like a volcano eruption. A split second later Ian bursts through the miasma.

I was still laughing at the next stop sign as Ian came alongside spitting dust. He was riding with a dirt bike helmet and no face shield.

I explained to him between giggles that it was only the 2005 ST1300 that had been fitted with the dust bomb accessory. He failed to see the humor.
