Just wanna let everyone here know i will be stepping out of this board for nearly a month or so. Learned to day that my 83 year old  mother is in the hospital on I V. booked a ticket and got everything squared away with work and flying out early tomorrow, five of her kids are already there with her will go see her and  be there with her for the time being, she will be happy to see me her youngest. Dad passed in 86 thats 28 years ago meaning she has been both mom and Dad for me . will keep you posted when possible. Prayers needed. God bless

I did the same thing when my Mom passed in 1994. Work was wonderful to me in allowing me over three weeks time.
Was also close to my Uncle. Uncle Dusty was an amazing and colorful character. When his caretaker called me and said I better get there I did just that. Spent around three weeks there as well and was there for him all the way and afterward.
