A backrest, a windshield and some highway pegs...

Nice Mike.  It looks better.   :)

Is that the tall shield, and is it OK or too tall for you?

Not OEM ones... Corbin has some in the works... could be other options
using the OEM mounts...

It seems too tall... I will have to look through it.
I hope to ride it tomorrow some and see how
these 3 added parts are working together...

This seems to be the consensus on the shield.  The short one looks like a waste of time.

I don't like looking thru a shield, but a brand new polycarb clarity shield is probably not that bad to look thru.

It can be cut down, and I've read auto windshield replacement outfits can do a professional job for reasonable.  Me with a scroll saw is a recipe for disaster (maybe on one of my old beaters, but not a brand new polycarb).

Looking good but I noticed one bit of useful bling the valve cover highway pegs.

Mike, I`m really happy for you in working on your 1800. You have wanted some for time for this to happen. Ride on and be SAFE.  :coolsmiley:

Mike, just wondering why you didn't get a F6, with the fairing, bags etc.?

I guess you still have the old Valk, better watch those carbs. I know it's not being used a lot.

I don't want a fairing, wrap around dashboard or that whole unitized rear-end on
the f6b. The new Valkyrie is a totally stripped down goldwing...  :cooldude:

If the red bike doesn't get ridden (I think it will) it will have to go, Valkyries
don't need to sit around...
