I guess it's possible that the pictures just don't do it any justice, but to me, it really appears that it has been sitting outside for quite some time. I see what looks like rust in a few places, and the seat and the passenger backrest as well as the paint look to be very faded. Also, either the brads on the seat and backrest are a very unusual color or their rusted as well. Like I said, maybe it's just the pictures. Personally, I think the guy's a liar!
