Wearing a Bib now.

Got my Talisman Tank Bib when I got home from Brazil. Great product and Scott at Talisman is a good guy. Was wondering what you guys used to treat, clean and protect your tank bib?

I have a long-serving, smooth leather Heritage bib.  I spit shine it with Kiwi black and cold-water damp surgical cotton (just like boots), then use a tiny bit of mink oil on fingertips (which slightly reduces the shine, but protects better).  It is still in good shape, but the sun has bleached it some.

I also have the Talisman bib and agree about the quality and that Scott is First Class! Mine is about 3 yrs old and still looks like new.

  I have one also, and it is definitely synthetic with leather like look.  I don't do anything special to it and it holds up well  good product.

I was aware it was synthetic. We had this discussion a couple months back. Since I have a real leather Russell Day Long seat that I use the Meguiars on, the bib gets the same treatment, regardless of what it's made of.... :O
