I'm not disputing this but if true about mobile use now the numero uno cause of death behind the wheel-I ain't surprised-Disgusted-but not surprised.  :-X Wonder how long mobile use took to not only catch alcohol but pass it??  :uglystupid2: The TRULY SAD part about this-BOTH are preventable to a point.  :crazy2: Yet AGAIN I say-past 5 M P H mobile devices need to shut off/down/become unusable til stopped again. But THAT is too cursed simple.  :uglystupid2: RIDE SAFE. P S-as for your rights-you have ZERO right to take me or anyone else out cause yer texting/talking/playing a game/NOT responsible enough to just DRIVE.

Just wondering , if you can sue a cigarette company for giving you cancer even if you kept smoking.  How long until you can sue a phone manufacture for taking your eyes off the road while texting?

anyone can sue anybody for dang near anything, doesn't mean you'll win.

we can fix that, loser pays court costs, should keep frivolous lawsuits at a minimum  ;)

To soften the sound the term is not "texting while driving".

It has been changed to "driving while texting".
