Tivoed it and watched it today.
I agree she's one hell of a singer.
My other favorite act was The Zach Brown Band with Richie Sambora singing "Wanted Dead or Alive."
Todays country reminds me of the type of rock and roll I like, not todays music, although every generation has their own style of music.
I also like quite a bit, the guitar playing abilities of Keith Urban and Brad Paisley.

I think no female rocker can be as awesome in their day as Pat Benatar was.  That lady had a set of pipes on her and some very good songs and still does today.  Lita Ford was smokin' hot and had a few good songs as well as Joan Jett.

As far as CMT crossroads go,  What - NO ONE mentioned Def Leppard and Taylor Swift?   

I also concur with one of the postings about Bon Jovi's Wanted Dead or Alive song with Zach Brown band.  Wanted dead or alive is one of my top 3 ALL TIME songs and always crank it when it is on especially on the cycle when it states, 'on a steel horse I ride'  (meaning the Valk).

I think no female rocker can be as awesome in their day as Pat Benatar was.  That lady had a set of pipes on her and some very good songs and still does today.  Lita Ford was smokin' hot and had a few good songs as well as Joan Jett.

Benatar hasn't been succeeded as the Queen of Rock, as far as my ears are concerned.  She is part of a very small group of women rockers who can (or could) really sing, including the Wilson sisters of Heart, Tina Turner, Annie Lennox of Eurythmics, Bonnie Tyler, Stevie Nicks, and maybe Debbie Harry of Blondie.

One lady that might have made the grade if she had made the connections to get an earlier start on her career is Alannah Myles.  Her debut album, which included this song, came out when she was 30.

Lita Ford is part of a group that is a couple of tiers down, in my opinion, which includes Patty Smyth of Scandal, Lee Aaron, and Holly Woods of Toronto.  Their best songs are great to crank up.

Lita Ford might not have been the greatest singer, but her bod/face was smokin back in the 80's.  Tawny Kitean (spelling is off) on the Great White video where she was the smokin' hot red head on the car's hood was a young teenager's wet dreams.  I have a weakness for Red Heads and had one in college in my classes couldn't even concentrate in class she was smokin' red head hot but didn't give me the time of day she thought she was above all others. 

The ladies group Heart was an awesome duo vocal group as well and had a crush on the blonde mainly guitar player in the 80's videos growing up and today she is a hottie as well in her 50's.

Hard to believe I use to watch MTV for well over 1 hour per day just watching music videos.  Now I look back and think what a waste,  didn't I have anything better to do?
