Looks like an overly protected person falling off of a scooter after neglecting to put the kickstand down.

.

The only body parts I've ever dragged in corners were the ones I tied to the exhaust pipes as decoration.

cookiedough

gotta admit and give him credit that he is dressed for potential road rash.

gotta also admit scooters can leave over into the curves better than most bikes since their is no exhaust that is down low or pegs, etc.

My 249cc scooter I can leave over into a curve 3x's more lean angle than my Valk, but then again why would I in the first place??????????????????

After looking at this pix,...I think that it is not moving at all.
Maybe he's using his head as a "kickstand".

I hate it when I fall asleep at the wheel.

I woke up one night, foot under the frame. head on the asphalt. Dug myself out, onlookers righted the bike. I made it home. Barely Scratched the highway bar, foot hurt for a month.

Naw I was not Drinking back then. LOL

One more time, Lord, Why am I still alive?

Realizing that there are a lot of people with much greater talents than I have, should the identity of this rider be made public, please make sure his name is posted.   I damn sure do not  want to loan him/her any riding gear,  helmet or motorcycle/scooter.

He might think he's being cool, all I'm saying is, he can be cool with someone else's stuff and not mine.    I was reared with the rule that if you borrow or use someone else's stuff, you return it in the same or better condition.    I sincerely doubt he could do that.
