You may remember that Big Red denied me the program that they started to promote the F6B and the Valkyrie with $1000 in accessories, and extended warranty.  I had called CA directly and spoke without becoming angry and a person in the program area denied my request because I purchased the bike 2 business days before the program started (but waited 2.5 months for an "ordered bike" to arrive even tho many were delivered months before).

I' figured it was a done deal.  No point in becoming angry about things you can't control.

But ... today, my dealer called me and said that the Honda rep was by his shop today and said Honda was going to honor my request to take part in the incentives.  Kewl, eh.

Dealer said he sent them all the paper work we filled out when I ordered/purchased the Valk, and wrote a letter explaining how I had purchased 5 other Hondas and lots of bits for them as well .. and what a great customer I am    ... anyway, I get the program!  Woo Hoo !

Could you fill me in on the extended warranty they're offering?  The website didn't seem to have much detail.  I'm taking delivery of my F6B any day now and would like to know.

The dealer I buy from is a family business and open since 1981.
One son is the salesman and the other son runs the parts department mom/wife is the finance gal and dad is a all-around do it all. Oh yeah they have a nephew that is a mechanic there

The offer is only good until Sept 30, 2014 I believe.  The warranty deal just adds another year to the 3 year.  The real problem is that the $1000 in Honda accessories is pretty limited unless you want chrome plastic bits to toss on your ride.  The tall windscreen is a good deal with my mod to rake it backwards.  I may get the saddle bags just to spend the money until a new hard bag comes from Corbin or other aftermarket.
