Rattling visor

Does anyone have a fix for a rattling helmet visor? The snaps are snug, it's the slotted area around the snaps that is the problem.

double sided foam tape applied between visor and helmet and visor.

Been drinking. but double sided foam tape between lid and visor will work.

Rubber O-rings on snaps. You can get them at any Hardware store. I have used them for years.

What about a new helmet? You can find some Shark helmets at Amazon starting with 200 bucks (*with* sun visor!) and boy, that makes a heck of difference while riding!

New visors are pretty cheap too.

The whole front bill assembly flew off my Scorpion EXO100 (more than just a bill); long day in the rain, and about the 50th time I raised my head up over the shield to blow the water off the half-shield, the assembly blew off.  The EXO100 bill didn't rattle much.... now it doesn't rattle at all.

Over the years, the occasional (increasing) visor rattle has had me thinking I had a bike problem rattle.

Hmmm, and, I was just going to say duct tape.

smack the head of the snap with a hammer
actually lay the visor on the table with the head of the snap on the table now take a 1/4x20 bolt or anything flat that will fit inside the snap and smack it with a hammer to tighten it up..
