Got to go back to my old neighborhood in Da Bronx for a week of eating the best food on the planet. Here are a few pictures of the Belmont section of the Bronx on Arthur AV & 187th St  :cooldude:

Looks like a good time Nick. Friends, family and good food. I bet you came home a few pounds heavier.
If you can't be a good example: be a WARNING!!

I feel the same way about Alessi's Bakery in Tampa whenever I'm in the area.
I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

Yo, you should have called Oss and me!  We have 2 extras bikes for you to ride between us.

BTW, The caribbean Queen works at St. Barnabas Hospital, right at the end of Arthur Ave and 187th (Big stone wall).  Her picture is still on the side of the building on Third Ave.

Wow, now I'll have to go scour my photo album looking for my pictures of when my daughter & I were there.

DAMN good food, I don't care what anyone says.

I'll argue that it is G O O D.

I had a lot of places to be and a lot of family & friends to visit. I actually did get a ride in when I went out to LI for a day with my buddy. Even if it was an old Shovel Head Chopper, we had a blast ridding out to the Hamptons for lunch.

I had actually lost 18 lbs over the last few months. So I indulged to the MAX, and now it is back to Oatmeal and fruit...lol
