Something for us all to strive for, I was surprised at the rider's ages.

I was going through the Wing World mag, looking at the various awards given at Wing Ding. This year the oldest male rider was 82, but the oldest female rider was 90. It doesn't say if they trailered their bikes and then rode them while there, or if they actually rode in from home. The lady rider was from Wisconsin so it's entirely possible(but not probable) that she rode in since it was held in Wisconsin.

BMW had their national rally in St. Paul this year.  My father-in-law took 2nd place for oldest rider at 89.  I can't vouch for 1st place, but I know he rode from just outside of Tulsa.  He did break up the trip in half and spent the night at my house, both directions, but that is still over 6 hrs in the saddle each day.  Not bad for almost 90.  He did alright in the field events also.
