Chrome covers under the black side covers.

Does anyone Know where to purchase replacements for the chrome covers that are located right under the black side covers on my standard? My I/S does not have them, but the ones on my standard are rusting. Are these after market? I can't find them in OEM parts listings. Appreciate any help.

Or maybe a swing arm cover?

Look on eBay plenty of them.

I forgot what they are called but they are after market. New ones sell on eBay for about $60. 
The center cap is OME.
