I found it interesting  and I'm a long, long way from being an Obama lover. 

It seems abuse of government power and influence has become the rule of the day.

Yup been going on for a while now.  Any business they decide is undesirable, or that is a contributor to the opposing party, or maybe that they cant insider trade on, is subject to this abuse of power.  Not much different than trying to bankrupt your political enemies by making them fight frivolous lawsuits, or using EPA as your attack dog to destroy certain business.   Its a favorite of the gun control nuts and is a way around the 2nd Amendment, affecting everything connected to guns.  Manufacturing, ammo, and accessories. Since the liberals have decided that their time is now or never this type of sleaze has become too common, and the Constitution means nothing to them.
