Fairly good balance and throttle control, but they are amateurs.  The public streets are not the place for this.  Low pressure in the rear tire is required when trying to get traction on aggressive dirt tires, I went down as far as 4 psi when I rode dirt.  Sheet metal screws had to be used to keep the tire from slipping on the rim.

   I believe that is from Philly Pa. Some of the route signs, and business area codes say Philly.  Philly has about 1 killed a week in the summer either on a dirt bike or ATV on city streets.  Cops don't seem to care about it, so it just grows into a bigger problem.

Its Philly. The police, bless their hearts...they confiscate the bikes and then...auction them off, back to the same folks that got them taken away. There was talk about destroying them as they were taken off the streets...
