I notice the front of my IS gets plastered with road grime quick and was wondering if mud flaps would help reduce cleaning time or maybe chrome dings, or rear flats as I have read here? Would be interested if anyone uses extensions or splash guards of some kind, and what you think. Rain really gets slung up also. Have a cover over my oil filter because I was worried a rock might puncture it. I saw the Timber Wolf fender flap, nearly fifty dollars,, Thanks for your ideals and comments. Firefighter

Go to J&P Cycles in Anomosa web site.

I have one of their rubber ones.

Work good for me, also keeps a lot of nail, screws and pieces of old pliers from getting stuck in my rear tire.

I'm trying to find a picture of the bike with the flap on in a good view.

Best I could do.
