I super Valked my Valk (I took the trunk off) and have jury rigged the rear brake cable, is there a clean alternative? Will a standard rear brake (electical) cable work? Are they plug and play? I check Honda Direct and have had no luck finding a part number, do they carry them? Where can i find one and how much $$$ is typical? 99 I/S....

I take it you are talking about the wire harness.
What I did was just used a three conducter wire
and taped in front of the connecter for the trunk.
Just place a three pin connecter in it so you can
take off your fender if need be.
   Hope I was clear.

If you want "waterproof", use a Deutsch (H-D) or Hitachi OEM-style connector. The latter can be obtained through most large electrical supply houses such as Mouser, Digikey and Newark Electronics.

Yes the wire harness. I was hoping that I could run a standard harness through the fender and plug and play when I remove the trunk. Does anyone know if the start connector mates with the I/S? I installed a 99 Standard oem rear brake night...anyone else do this???
