Gryphon Rider

It's funny, what Americans call "Canadian" bacon, we call nothing more specific than "ham". Thanks for the well-wishes! My Scottish-Canadian wife baked salmon followed by apple pie on Sunday, and my Canadian sister roasted turkey followed by pumpkin pie on Monday. That's a proper Thanksgiving weekend in my books. Oh, and I burned a tank of gas with my son on Gryphon as well!
